Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at nickyeyles@funkycountry.co.uk.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Payment

Via paypal Credit/Debit Card – Funky Country accept: UK Maestro, UK Solo, Mastercard, Visa Credit, UK Visa Debit, UK Visa Electron, Maestro International, UK Debit Mastercard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is despatched.

We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

Delivery

Delivery charges are £5.95 standard to mainland UK. This does not include an ‘express’ or special delivery service. We aim for you to receive your goods in 5-7 working days.

Funky Country does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party.

Check your order

You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem, where upon the goods maybe returned in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.

Returns

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return the item to us, and it will be replaced. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.

In the event that you are unhappy with your choice of product we are happy to replace the item for you or refund the cost of the item (excluding postage charges), assuming that the original is returned to us in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Funky Country. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.

Cancellation rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. For further details of how to return goods please see our returns policy and procedure. Your statutory rights are not affected.
